To end our 45th year, we wanted to highlight all of the properties that we have had a hand in over the course of our history.  The properties that have been through the Revolving Fund, received a Façade Loan, been a client of our consulting services, or received a grant from HCF are going to be spotlighted in the month of December through the placement of a yard sign. 

The purpose is to illustrate not only the impact Historic Columbus has had in our community over 45 years, but also to celebrate these “places that matter.”

In this case, I charged for an “exploratory” procedure (which assumed / included the gingivectomy)… I made up a code for it. I don’t have to worry much about which “code” I use, since so few of my patients have any benefit plan (“insurance”).
